Cancer/surgery update December 10, 2011.
Merry Christmas to all our friends and carving community neighbors!
The last scans showed my lungs are still cancer free. More scans are scheduled for the 19th of this month. There are the 3 kidney tumors yet to deal with but unlike the aggresive small cell lung cancer they are slow growing. Following the next round of scans we will schedule surgury for removal of the kidney tumors, probably next month or in February. The urlogist feels he can remove the tumors without removing part or all of the kidney ;o).
I'm still having some balance problems since the recent spine surgery on the 3 lumbar vertebra that were pinching the nerve causing the difficulty with my standing and walking. I have fallen a few times but at least I'm not in pain as I was.
Sandie and I appreciate your thoughts and prayers... they're working. We look forward to a great 2012 and some more motor home travels. Life is good!!
May your 2012 be better than last year but not as good as the next. Our best to you all!!

It's been a while since I've had time to work on this site and now I've only started. With a whole new program to learn (and not a lot of time on my hands) it may take a while but... I'll be back with a whole new look before too much longer... well maybe not real soon but changes are in store ;o)
