Animals

Animals with human characteristics have always entertained us in one form or another. Most of us have spent many hours enjoying the antics of cartoon and comic strip animals. The human element is what I had in mind when developing these patterns. "Mouse over" the drawings for some information about the subject then have fun carving the critter of your choice.

Chicken eggs over easy. Here's a raccoon
who has learned the ways of man. The pattern
includes a female option as well. Come to
think of it, you could have him holding a
fishing rod if you like. $3.00
This cute little fellow is my Chip-Monk.
If you'd like to carve him be sure to put
sandals on his feet. I didn't and was
quickly reminded that monks wear flip-
flops. $3.00
This pig wants you to know that beef
is better though you could have him
proclaiming any bumper sticker type
message you like. Whatever it is, he'll
let everyone know what's on your mind.
$3.00

This "carrion crow" introduces a collection
which includes patterns for a kitten, a puppy,
a teddy bear, a wolf head stopper and others
including a novel "turtle dove" project. Fun
projects all. $5.00

This rabbit can be leaning on just
about anything you choose. You could
even carve two, one a mirror image
of the other, and make a pair of
bookends. $3.00

No doubt about it, he's deep in thought
and seems to have a bad case of the
blues but you can give him another
expression if you'd like to change his
mood. Put different clothes on him too.
$3.00
